The PAP2T is suitable for connecting 2 plain analogue telephones to a SIP service provider, or a SIP iPBX. The two connections operate independently, each with a separate SIP account. This gives two telephone lines over a single ethernet connection. A fax machine can be connected to one of the lines to provide support for sending faxes over a broadband Internet connection.

The SPA-3102 is a SIP VoIP gateway with connections for 1 Telephone (FXS) and 1 Telephone line (FXO). The FXO port allows for numerous configurations, including Long line extensions and Inline VoIP replacement. The FXO and FXS port operate as two independent gateways - two separate calls can be carried at the same time. The unit is able to read UK caller ID on the FXO port, and write UK caller ID on the FXS port. It comes complete with an ethernet cable, UK power supply and user manual.
